About HandyGators
Good work starts with care.
Founded in Orlando in 2023, HandyGators helps homeowners improve the spaces they live in — with clean work, honest pricing and attention to the details.
Our story
Built around your home.
HandyGators is a brand of MaxareaLLC. Founded by Maksim and Daria Gaivoronskie, HandyGators brings over 12 years of experience to home remodeling. The company began in Orlando in 2023 with a straightforward approach: understand the project, communicate clearly and take pride in the finished work. Today, our services range from flooring and painting to drywall repair, bathroom remodeling, accent walls and everyday handyman jobs.
We work with homeowners across Orange, Seminole and Brevard counties — and much more. Whether the job involves one wall or a whole room, we start by listening to what you want to change and agreeing on a practical plan.
What matters to us
An individual approach
Every home and homeowner is different. We shape the scope, materials and finishing details around your priorities.
Clear communication
We discuss the scope, materials and estimate before work begins, so you know what to expect.
Respect for your space
Preparation, protection and a tidy work area are part of the job, not an afterthought.
Quality in the details
From surface preparation to the final walkthrough, we focus on the details that make an update feel finished.
Tell us what you have in mind.
